A promising candidate will be one who enjoys working in the renovation business and excels at one or more aspects of the renovation industry. A positive outlook and can-do attitude are essential. A history of renovation experience is an asset but not always required.

You must be a problem solver. You must pay attention to details. You must understand there are several ways to get something done. You must always be open to learning about new products and new methods. You must work well alone and with others.

You must have a neat appearance and a friendly demeanour. It is crucial that our many residential clients see you as someone they would enjoy having back to work in their homes again.

You must have your own reliable transportation. A pick up truck is an asset as we will pay you for running occasional errands in your truck if you want to use it for work.
