Renovation Carpenter - Lead Hand

Time Frame: Full Time. Monday-Friday.

Experience: 5 years or more in renovations.

Pay: Negotiable. Based on what you bring to the team.

Transportation: Your own reliable car or truck is absolutely required daily. Mileage may be paid for use of personal vehicle.

What is The Renovation Carpenter's Role?

An experienced renovator in charge of the day to day and hour to hour operation of a project. Lead hands personally carry out much of the construction required on their project at hand. They also manage workers, subcontractors and organize construction materials. Lead hands are almost always on site ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule and built to meet or exceed building code requirements and client expectations. Lead hands communicate regularly with our design team and our clients. Lead hands report directly to a supervisor.
